The history of "El Sueno" (The Dream) is etched in its walls, as witnessed by luminaries and refined by each owner. As you enter through the iron gates, you will be captivated by its rare qualities and historical essence.

Originally crafted in 1935 by Dr. John Lloyd "Doc" Evans, this retreat has a rich history, witnessing meticulous construction and renovations under the graceful touch of visionaries including Dr. Marvin Stout and Dr. John & Claudia Holliman who oversaw and extensive remodeling most recently by the renowned and award-winning Bill Gumerson | Design Build .

Upon arrival, you ascend a beautiful curving driveway, where a breathtaking Mediterranean-style mansion with arches, red-tiled roofs, hand-plastered walls and beautiful mosaics blend to greet you.

You then discover a beautiful fountain surrounded by flowers, manicured terraces for al fresco dining, balconies, pergolas, a greenhouse, and tranquil pond, all amidst mature trees, creating an ambiance of outdoor elegance and harmony.

Next, you step into nearly eight thousand square feet of pure opulence within the main villa. Inside, hand-crafted wrought iron accents, high ceilings with rustic wood beams, beautifully tiled floors and wood-burning fireplaces add to El Sueno’s old-world charm.
